Celebrate Earth Day with the National Park Service
The National Park Service's John Muir National Historic Site will be hosting its annual BirthdayEarth celebration on Sunday, April 23, 2024. The event will take place from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and will feature a variety of activities for all ages.
Earth Day is an annual celebration that honors the achievements of the environmental movement and raises awareness of the need to protect our planet. This year marks the 50th anniversary of Earth Day, and the John Muir National Historic Site is proud to be a part of the global celebration.
The BirthdayEarth celebration will feature a variety of activities, including:
